- For Block Community Process Manager : Bachelor’s degree in Social Work/ Social Sciences/ Rural Development / Business Administration (BBA) from a recognized university or institution with two years of experience in community work/ health.
- For District Counsellor : Master Degree in Psychology from a recognize Institution/ University with one year of experience in in Blood Bank or Medical Counselling.
- Nationality : Indian
Age Limit :
- For Block Community Process Manager : 40 years
- For District Counsellor : 35 years
Age Relaxation :
- For OBC Candidates : 3 years
- For SC/ST Candidates : 5 years
