Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering/ Technology with 1st Class or equivalent from a recognized University OR 1st Class Masters degree in Chemistry or equivalent at Bachelors Degree or Masters level and on fulfilling the AICTE norms. 18 to 32 years

For APST Candidates
100/- Pay Examination fee through DD/lPO in favour of Secretary, AP PSC, ltanagar, Arunachal Pradesh.
For others 150/-
