Technician -1 Higher Secondary with Science subjects and 2 year Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technician or 1 year DMLT or Diploma/ITI in relevant Trade. 28 years
Lab Attendant 10th Pass with 50% marks. 18 to 25 years

For Gen/OBC 300/- Pay the Examination Fee through DD or Postal Order payable to NIREH, Bhopal
For SC/ST/PwD/Women Candidates No Fee
